The Chargers announced their free-agent signings on Friday night, including RB Mike Tolbert and DE Jacques Cesaire.

As previously reported, the team signed LB Antwan Barnes (two years), Cesaire (two years), OT Jeromey Clary (four years), CB Dante Hughes (two years), LB Takeo Spikes (three years) and S Eric Weddle (five years).

WR Vincent Jackson officially signed his one-year franchise tender. OT Brandyn Dombrowski, TE Randy McMichael, S Bob Sanders, Tolbert and WR Kelley Washington also signed one-year deals.

The team also signed C Scott Mruczkowski to a one-year contract.

Tolbert led the Chargers with 735 rushing yards and 11 scores in 2010. Cesaire has 202 career tackles and 12½ career sacks.

On Saturday, the team re-signed backup QB Billy Volek to a two-year contract.
