The Seahawks have re-signed LB Leroy Hill, who became a priority for the team when Will Herring signed a contract on Thursday with the Saints.
Hill played in only one Seahawks game last season. He was suspended and inactive for much of the year due to a variety of off-field issues, including an arrest for marijuana possession and a domestic violence charge. He also had his contract re-structured as a result, a reason he was a free agent this offseason.
Hill will fill Herring's role as the team's fourth linebacker.
