The Bengals agreed to terms with former Cardinals OG Deuce Lutui. The sixth-year veteran agreed to a two-year deal, according to Bengals.com and PFW correspondent and Cincinnati Enquirer writer Joe Reedy.
Lutui has started all 16 games each of the last three seasons. He has 72 career starts in his five seasons. He is expected to start at left guard, according to Reedy.
The way we see it
If the 6-4, 338-pound Lutui plays left guard, he would likely replace Nate Livings, a restricted free agent and 16-game starter in 2010 whom the Bengals re-signed on Friday, in the starting lineup. Conditioning will be key for Lutui, who plays with nastiness.
