The Saints agreed to re-sign CB and special-teams contributor Leigh Torrence on Wednesday evening. NFL Network's Jason La Canfora first reported the news and Torrence confirmed it on his Twitter account.
"Grateful for the chance to be back in that Black and Gold for another season!" Torrence wrote.
Torrence signed with New Orleans after Washington waived him in November. He played in 13 games in 2010 and recorded an interception along with 27 tackles. The Saints released and re-signed him twice.
Torrence was an unrestricted free agent. His deal will be official on Friday.
