Titans RB Chris Johnson, who reportedly wants a new contract, is expected to be a training-camp holdout, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported early Thursday morning.
Johnson, 25, has rushed for 4,598 yards in his first three NFL seasons, and he came within 100 yards of breaking Eric Dickerson's single-season rushing record in 2009. The Titans adjusted his contract last year. He is slated to make $800,000 in salary in 2011, according to ESPN.
The Titans begin training camp on Friday in Nashville.
