The highest 2011 selection pick has signed a deal. The Bengals have agreed to terms with the No. 4 overall pick, WR A.J. Green, according to multiple reports.

According to PFW correspondent and Cincinnati Enquirer writer Joe Reedy, Green's deal will be four years worth $19.6 million, fully guaranteed.

The Bengals have yet to make a decision on WR Chad Ochocinco, as Green is expected to get right into the fold in Cincinnati.
