The Chargers and OLB Antwan Barnes have agreed on a two-year, $3.2 miilion contract, Aaron Wilson of Scout.com, citing a league source, reported on Twitter Wednesday.

Barnes, 26, appeared in 12 games for San Diego in 2010, notching a career-high 4½ sacks. He previously played for Baltimore (2007-09) and Philadelphia (two games in '10).
