The Redskins have agreed to a deal with former Ravens CB Josh Wilson, according to PFW correspondent and Baltimore Sun writer Jamison Hensley.

Wilson played in 14 games with nine starts last season in Baltimore, picking off three passes and recording 14 passes defensed.

He spent his first three seasons in the league with the Seahawks. Hensley tweeted that Wilson will get between $4.5 million and $5 million a year from Washington. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Wilson's contract for $13.5 million over three years, with $6 million guaranteed.

The way we see it

The Redskins are expected to lose Carlos Rogers via free agency and veteran Philip Buchanon is also a free agent. Wilson could compete for the starting right cornerback job. For the Ravens, Domonique Foxworth will be back from injury, and the team could hold on to Chris Carr, lessening the blow of losing Wilson. The Ravens also drafted rookie CB Jimmy Smith in Round One in April.
