The Texans agreed to a new contracts with OT Rashad Butler and WR Jacoby Jones, according to PFW correspondent and Houston Chronicle writer John McClain.
Butler played in all 16 games last season with four starts, the only four starts of his career. This will be his fifth season in Houston. He was an unrestricted free agent.
According to McClain, it is a two-year, $3.8 million deal.
Jones became a lot more involved in the Houston offense last season, setting career highs with 51 receptions for 562 yards. His contract is worth $10.5 million, with $3.5 million guaranteed, over three years.
Both Butler and Jones can sign their contracts on Friday.
