Details from the sexual assault charge against Broncos CB Perrish Cox were released Friday, and the woman involved told officers she was raped while she was drugged.

Cox pleaded not guilty in May to two felony charges for the incident that took place Sept. 6, 2010. In the arrest warrant affidavit released Friday, the woman became pregnant and DNA tests show that Cox is the father.

The woman told police that she has no recollection of the night and wasn't sure she had sex until she learned she was pregnant.

According to the Denver Post, Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas and CB Cassius Vaughn were present the night of the incident. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told Lindsay Jones of the Denver Post that Cox will be investigated by the league under the personal-conduct policy when the lockout ends.

Cox, who started nine games in his rookie season, faces two years to life in prison. The trial is set for October.

The Broncos released a statement on Friday afternoon about the charges Cox is facing.

"The allegations involving Perrish Cox are extremely serious and troubling to our organization. We will continue to monitor this situation very closely."
