DB Marvin White, a free agent who played for the Bengals last season, was arrested last week following a dispute at a day care center at his home in Louisiana.
According to the Daily World (La.), White got into an argument with the manager of his son's day care as he tried to pay a bill for the child. He apparently made verbal threats to the manager and other parents in the presence of young children, and refused to leave when asked. White was charged with one count of simple assault and one count of disturbing the peace by loud and abusive language
After posting $1,250 bond, White was released last Thursday.
White is a five-year NFL vet. In 2010, he played in three games for Cincinnati. He also has spent time with the Lions and Cowboys.
