Packers CB Brandon Underwood was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct for allegedly assaulting his wife on June 16, according to WITI-TV in Wisconsin.

According to the complaint, Underwood ripped a necklace off his wife, dragged her out to their car and threw her on the ground.

The incident occurred the night the Packers received their Super Bowl rings. His wife had filed for divorce in May. Underwood, a sixth-round pick in 2009, is due in court on Wednesday.

Underwood played in 12 games last season.
