The Bills added Theo Young to their college scouting staff on Thursday.

Young had been the defensive line coach at Baylor since 2008 and coached tight ends under Bills GM Buddy Nix at Tennessee-Chattanooga in 1992. He spent two seasons playing in the NFL with the Steelers.

The team also named Tim Atkins football operations assistant. Pete Harris assumed a new title as scouting assistant and college scout Matt Hand was reassigned to the West Coast.
