Colts QB Peyton Manning appeared at a couple fundraisers this past week but, according to the Indianapolis Star, did not participate in the activities and hasn't thrown a football since undergoing surgery to repair a disk-related issue in his neck May 23.

Manning attended MLB Gary Brackett's Celebrity Servers Night at Morton's but didn't carry a tray. The event raised $95,000 for Brackett's IMPACT Foundation. Brackett was the winner of the 11th annual Pro Football Weekly Arthur S. Arkush Humanitarian Award in 2009.

The Pro Bowl QB also appeared at Victory Field for the Caroline Symmes Celebrity Softball Game to benefit Indiana Children's Wish Fund — an event that was hosted by Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert.
