The Ravens have rescinded the pay cuts for all employees they had previously implemented and will refund all the salaries they had already taken. Earlier in the offseason, team ownership cut the salary of some employees by as much as 25 percent.

The team is the first NFL team to give back money to workers during the lockout. Several teams have issued pay cuts and furloughs, and some have even had layoffs since the labor dispute began on March 11.
