PK Matt Stover will announce his retirement on Thursday, bringing his 19-year NFL career to a close.
Stover, who spent 13 seasons with the Ravens from 1996-2008, has scheduled a press conference on Thursday in Baltimore to announce his decision.
Stover ranks fourth in NFL history with 2,004 career points and the 43-year-old has made 471 of his 563 (83.7 percent) career field-goal attempts.
His 1,464 points with the Ravens are the most in team history. Stover spent the first five seasons of his career with the Browns from 1991-95 and was with the Colts in ’09 during their Super Bowl run.
