Former Eagles lineman Gene Gossage died Sunday at the age of 76. He was a member of the 1960 NFL championship team and played in 40 games with the Eagles from 1960-62.
Gossage was a two-time All-Big Ten player while playing at Northwestern and was drafted in the 28th round by Philadelphia in 1958.
After his playing career ended, Gossage became vice president of the Industrial Hardware Division of Stanley Industries.
