The Patriots traded their third second-round pick, the 60th pick overall, to the Texans for Houston's third- (73rd) and fifth-round (138th) picks.

This is the Patriots' second trade of the draft. They traded the 28th overall pick to the Saints on Thursday night for the Saints' 2011 second-round pick and first-rounder in 2012. The Saints selected RB Mark Ingram.

The Patriots now have three third-round picks: the 73rd, 74th and 92nd overall picks.
