The Patriots made their third trade of the 2011 NFL draft, trading their third- and fourth-round picks this year for the Raiders' 2012 second-round pick and this year's seventh-round pick (No. 219)

The Patriots had the 92nd overall pick, which would have been their third third-round pick, and the 125th overall pick, their only fourth-round pick.

Now, the Patriots have two first-round picks after acquiring one from the Saints on Thursday night and two second-round picks for 2012. Bill Belichick's stockpiling of picks continues.
