Greg Little is a prospect to watch. The Browns' rookie wideout has a chance to contribute early in an offense that will target its outside receivers more this season.
The 6-2½, 231-pound Little played wide receiver for just one full season at North Carollina, and he did not play in 2010 after being ruled ineligible because he accepted gifts from an agent. So yes, he faces a learning curve.
However, the Browns' WR play has not been a strength in recent seasons. If Little catches on quickly, he could have a regular role as a rookie.
Even should he fail to make much of an impact this season, he is a name to watch in 2012 and beyond. He is talented, and though he is joining an offense that has been far from impressive, it promises to be more WR-friendly with Pat Shurmur installing the West Coast offense.
