Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth was indicted on a charge of misdemeanor sexual abuse on Tuesday by a grand jury, according to multiple reports.

Haynesworth was accused of fondling an employee at the W Hotel in Washington in February. Haynesworth allegedly grabbed the breast of a waitress.

If convicted, he could face up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

Haynesworth was also charged with assault in early February for an incident of road rage.

Haynesworth's first season under head coach Mike Shanahan in Washington was filled with drama. He played in just eight games recording 16 tackles and 2½ sacks. Haynesworth was suspended the final four games of the season without pay for conduct detrimental to the team. He is under contract for the 2011 season.
