The Panthers haven't received any trade proposals for the No. 1 pick in the 2011 NFL draft, general manager Marty Hurney told The Associated Press Thursday and The Charlotte Observer Friday.

Hurney told both media outlets that if teams were to show interest in making a trade for the pick, it likely would be during the week of the draft, which begins on April 28.

The Panthers have eight draft picks, including three non-tradeable compensatory selections.
