Three regular regional preseason opponents — the Packers, Lions and Bears — dot the Browns' preseason schedule released Tuesday.

The Browns are scheduled to host the Packers on the first weekend of the preseason, a range defined from Aug. 11-15, according to the league. No specific date has been set for any of the Browns' four preseason games; the NFL usually schedules preseason games on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. The Browns and Packers are slated to meet in the opening week of the preseason for the third consecutive year.

In their second preseason game, the Browns are scheduled to host the Lions (Aug. 18-22). This is the 10th consecutive year the teams are slated to meet in the preseason.

In Week Three of the preseason (Aug. 25-29), the Browns are scheduled to travel to play the Eagles. In the preseason finale, the Browns are slated to play the Bears in Chicago on Sept. 1 or Sept. 2. The clubs have met in the final game of the preseason the last seven years.
