Patriots QB Tom Brady was photographed throwing passes in Los Angeles recently, according to the Boston Herald. He had surgery on a stress fracture in his right foot after the season.

The 2010 MVP is rehabilitating in California and doesn't appear to be wearing a walking boot in the photo. He was seen with a boot last month in Brazil.

Brady threw for 3,900 yards, 36 TDs and just four INTs last season, playing through the injury. He spent most of the last half of the season missing Wednesday practices to rest the ankle, but it clearly did not affect his play.
