Wearing purple and white trunks to honor his football team, Ravens FS Tom Zbikowski improved his record as a professional boxer to 3-0 on Saturday night, winning a four-round decision against Caleb Grummet in Atlantic City, N.J.

Zbikowski, who weighed in 20 pounds lighter than his opponents, was pushed to the limit for the first time in his career after a pair of first-round knockouts. The locked-out safety said he's told ESPN he is still learning the limits his body can take in the ring.

"He was big and strong," Zbikowski said of Grummet. "It was a learning experience. I have a lot of things to learn about boxing."

Zbikowski was trained for the fight by Emanuel Steward, who was in Zbikowski's corner for the first time on Saturday. Steward is in the World Boxing Hall of Fame and has previously worked with Thomas Hearns, Oscar De La Hoya and Evander Holyfield.
