With pro football in a work stoppage, Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco will try his foot at fútbol.

Ochocinco has a four-day tryout set with Sporting Kansas City of Major League Soccer starting March 22.

"We know that Chad is an exceptional athlete and that he loves the sport of soccer, and he did play a lot when he was younger," said Sporting Kansas City manager Peter Vermes.

Ochocinco said that he is excited to "follow my childhood dream of playing for a Major League soccer team."
