The home of Bengals DE Antwan Odom in Mason, Ohio was heavily damaged due to a fire on Tuesday morning, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Odom and his family were out of town when the incident took place.
Firefighters arrived at Odom's house around 2:30 a.m. and immediately began pouring water on the building. The fire eventually collapsed the home's roof, and Mason Deputy fire chief Craig Bryant said the house is a "total loss.''
According to the newspaper, the Odoms, who have five small children, typically spend the offseason in Alabama. Bengals spokesman Jack Brennan said the team was trying to locate the player, who completed his seventh season in the league in 2010.
