The Giants placed restricted free-agent tenders on six players, including RB Ahmad Bradshaw, on Tuesday.
According to the New York Daily News, Bradshaw, DT Barry Cofield, TE Kevin Boss and DE Dave Tollefson received second-round tenders.
DE Mathias Kiwanuka and WR Steve Smith were also tendered. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Smith got a second-round tender, as well.
Along with what other teams have done, the Giants want to secure their rights to these players. It is unknown how many accrued years will be required to make a free agent unrestricted under the next Collective Bargaining Agreement.
