The Steelers placed a first-round restricted tender on OT Willie Colon, according to NFL Network's Jason La Canfora.

Colon missed the entire 2010 season after tearing his Achilles tendon in training camp. He started every game for the Steelers from 2007-09 and was replaced by Flozell Adams in 2010.

This could keep Colon in Pittsburgh on an offensive line marred by injuries in 2010.
