Rams scout Luke Driscoll was arrested early Friday morning for urinating on a building in downtown Indianapolis, according to multiple reports.

According to police, Driscoll, 33, also exposed his genitals to a female officer. His speech was reportedly "very slurred" at the time.

He has been charged with public nudity and public intoxication.

Driscoll, who is Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine, has served in the Rams' scouting department for 11 years, the past six years as a college scout.
