Cardinals GM Rod Graves will be honored with the Paul "Tank" Younger Award by the Fritz Pollard Alliance in Indianapolis on Friday.

Graves makes it back-to-back Cardinals executives to win the award, as owner Bill Bidwill was honored in 2010.

The award is given annually to "individuals who display outstanding work, on and off the field, in leveling the playing field in the NFL."

Graves has spent 14 seasons with the Cardinals and is one of five African-American GMs in the NFL.
