Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth has been accused of sexual assault, according to NBC 4 in Washington, D.C.

Police and the U.S. Attorney's Office are investigating the report of a Washington waitress who claims she was assaulted at the W Hotel last weekend. Chad Speck, Haynesworth's agent, issued a statement to the TV network.

"There seems to be no truth to these allegations. We are currently evaluating facts and considering our own legal action against those involved."

The allegations come only days after Haynesworth was charged with assault following a road-rage incident.
