The only player or coach with six Super Bowl rings is returning to Dallas.

The Cowboys have signed Mike Woicik as their strength and conditioning coach. Woicik spent the last 11 seasons with the Patriots and his contract expired following the 2010 season.

He was the Cowboys' strength coach from 1990-1996, winning his first three rings in Dallas before getting his next three in New England.
