Corwin Brown will not return as the Patriots secondary coach next season, according to ESPNBoston.com
Brown, who was hired in January 2010, worked alongside defensive backs coach Josh Boyer last season. Brown's focus went to the safeties, while Boyer worked more with the cornerbacks.
The way we see it
The Pats' pass defense finished the regular season ranked 30th in the league, surrendering 258.5 yards per game. In an attempt to turn things around, the organization could decide to go with one coach to oversee the entire secondary.
