Redskins WR Santana Moss is set to test the waters and potentially leave Washington, his home since 2004.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Moss' contract voids on Friday, making him an unrestricted free agent whenever there is a new Collective Bargaining Agreement.

When Moss restructured is contract in 2009, he included a clause voiding it five days after Super Bowl XLV.

The 10-year veteran had a career-high 93 catches for 1,115 yards and six touchdowns in 2010 and was far and away the 'Skins' top receiver. He has four seasons of at least 1,000 yards receiving.

The way we see it

Despite the fact that QB Donovan McNabb had his worst season of his career, Moss still put up big numbers. The veteran showed he still has plenty of skills and he could get a lot of suitors. For the Redskins, assuming they don't hold on to Moss, they will have a big hole at what was one of their thinnest positions in 2010.
