Packers CB Charles Woodson and WR Donald Driver have been declared out of Super Bowl XLV after being injured in the first half.

Woodson suffered a collarbone injury, and Driver hurt his ankle. Woodson was wearing street clothes on the sideline at the start of the second half.

Jordy Nelson replaced Driver in the lineup.

CB Sam Shields and S Nick Collins also went to the locker room during the first half with injuries. Shields hurt his shoulder and Collins left to get an IV.

Collins was on the field at the start of the second half, but Shields was on the sideline.

The proliferation of injured Green Bay defensive backs forced Jarrett Bush and Pat Lee onto the field before halftime. Bush intercepted Ben Roethlisberger but later was victimized on an eight-yard TD pass to Hines Ward.
