Steelers LILB James Farrior has played at a high level in his 14th NFL season, notching 109 tackles and six sacks. Also, he's integral in making sure one of the league's best defenses puts itself in a position to succeed. "We ask him to do a lot mentally and he's been able to do it for us," Steelers LB coach Keith Butler told PFW's Dan Parr at the Super Bowl. Of Farrior, Butler said: "He sets the defense for us. He runs the show. He's the quarterback of our defense with (FS) Ryan Clark included. He and Ryan run our defense." The 36-year-old Farrior, who has made a major impact as a pass rusher this season, "runs real well for a guy his age," Butler said. "He hasn't lost much straight-line speed at all. His change of direction might have slowed down a little bit, but not much. For a guy playing a high-impact position, he is unusual."
