Each day we'll post the prediction of a PFW editor for Super Bowl XLV. PFW senior editor Mike Wilkening's prediction is the fifth of 10.

Steelers 24, Packers 20

Why do I like the Steelers in this game? Well, for starters, from a pointspread perspective, the prospect of getting points with them is intriguing; even if they lose, I believe they can keep the game close. However, I believe they will grind out a third Super Bowl win in six seasons. The Steelers have a stronger running game, and that could be the difference in this 45th Super Bowl. I see the Packers committing to the run, but I can't see them getting much going on the ground. Their best shot will be to spread out the Steelers' secondary and throw repeatedly — but that's an approach I expect the Steelers to anticipate. With each team having two weeks to prepare, I'm expecting the defenses to reign early and the offenses to heat up late. In the end, Pittsburgh will prove just a tad better and capture another title.
