Cowboys Stadium has the ability to be an open-air venue, but on Super Sunday, the roof to the building will be closed.

The NFL announced on Monday that the game between the Steelers and Packers will be played indoors on Feb. 6. The league wanted to get the decision out of the way quickly so that organizers could have a "singular focus" on logistics.

Weather in Arlington, Texas in early February can be anywhere from warm to chilly, but the league didn't want to worry about the elements being a factor in the game.
