This year's Golden Toe Award winner as chosen by the editors of Pro Football Weekly will be rewarded with a new contract.

Ravens PK Billy Cundiff agreed to a five-year, $15 million contract, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The contract should be signed this week.

Cundiff made the Pro Bowl in his first full season with the Ravens and led the NFL with 40 touchbacks, equaling an NFL record for a season since the league moved kickoffs back to the 30-yard line. Cundiff also hit 26-of-29 field goal attempts.

The way we see it

This is a well-deserved contract for the kicker who was out of football a few years ago. Heading into 2010, he had just 11 career touchbacks. It was a remarkable season for Cundiff and the contract shows the Ravens realize his importance to their club.
