Steelers C Maurkice Pouncey, a member of the PFW/PFWA All-Rookie team, left the AFC championship game on his team's first drive because of an ankle injury; his return is questionable.

Pouncey's leg was rolled after being hit by Jets OLB Bryan Thomas on a run play. He was helped off the field and rode a cart into the locker room.

The way we see it

This is a huge loss for Pittsburgh, as Pouncey was the best player on a banged-up offensive line. Both in run and pass blocking, his loss will be felt. Doug Legursky came in at center in the rookie's place.
