I have not wavered in my belief that the Packers are destined for Arlington, Tex. two Sundays from now. What I have wavered on a great deal this week, however, is their likely margin of victory later today over a Bears team that I have had an admittedly hard time figuring out the more I have studied them.

Early in the week, my instincts were telling me that the Packers, who just have so much momentum at the moment, would win rather convincingly. But as the week has worn on — having taken a closer look at these teams’ recent matchups — I don’t think a blowout is in the offing by any means.

But I do think the Packers’ receiving corps has an edge over a Bears secondary that could be missing a key cog in S Chris Harris. And that could be enough to enable Green Bay to cover the spread — just barely.

Prediction: Packers 24, Bears 20
