Jets OLB Jason Taylor missed practice Wednesday with a concussion but passed the test administered to him by doctors and was cleared to practice with the team on Thursday.

"Jason Taylor did not practice today with a concussion," Jets head coach Rex Ryan said after practice Wednesday. "He's been cleared though. I expect he'll practice tomorrow, and obviously he's going to play on Sunday. He finished the game, so it's just something like he had some signs of a concussion later that night so we're just being, however you want to say it, cautious or whatever. But he has passed the test, so he's ready to roll"

The way we see it

It obviously is good news for the Jets to have a veteran pass rusher with plenty of big-game experience available for the AFC championship game. Games like these are why Taylor signed with the Jets this past offseason. If healthy, it won't be a surprise to see him make a big play.
