Even after making it to the divisional round of the playoffs, it appears the Seahawks were not happy with a 7-9 regular season in Carroll's first year at the helm. Cable should provide some stability for the staff, which was left in a bind when Alex Gibbs surprisingly retired as O-line coach in early September. With a talented OLT in Russell Okung, Cable will be expected to solidify a line that was partially responsible for the league's 31st-ranked rushing attack in 2010.
