Here's what the Bears are saying in advance of their game against the Seahawks on Sunday:
QB Jay Cutler on how the Seahawks have changed since the last time they played them: "They're a better team. To get to the point where they're at or we're at, you have to get better throughout the season. They beat a very good Saints team last week, so that gives you an indication of how they're playing. We got a really big challenge ahead of us."
RB Matt Forté on whether he'll have a bigger workload this time after rushing only eight times against Seattle on Oct. 17: "I don't think we have a choice. We can't go out and do it like last time and throw the ball 40 or 50 times and only run 10 times. We have to have a balanced offense."
TE Greg Olsen on what he knows about Jay Cutler that most people don't know: "Probably the same thing that everyone knows about their quarterback that no one else does. They're the only people that are around them enough. Everyone else on the outside forms their opinion based off nothing pretty much. They don't know him. They've never really spoken to him in an informal setting. It's kind of interesting sometimes to hear people who have never met someone talk about how they know exactly what they are."
DT Anthony Adams on the importance of keeping things normal despite all the excitement that comes with the playoffs: "It's real important to me. I always try to stay the same and go through my same routine all the time. It's big for me to just keep everything simple."
