One day following their elimination from the playoffs, the Eagles signed WR Sinorice Moss, WR Rod Harper and OL Dallas Reynolds.
Moss went to the University of Miami and has spent five seasons in the NFL, all with the Giants. His most productive season came in 2007, when he had 21 catches for 225 yards in 13 games. He has struggled with injuries throughout his career.
Harper is a second-year pro out of Murray State. The Eagles originally signed Reynolds as a rookie free agent in 2009.
