The Eagles announced on Thursday that two players — DB-KR Jorrick Calvin and DT Jeff Owens — underwent surgical procedures earlier this week.

Calvin had microdisectomy surgery on his lower back on Jan. 3 in Philadelphia. He had been placed on the injured-reserve list on Dec. 23.

Owens, who was placed on I.R. on Dec. 29, underwent surgery to repair his left knee patella tendon as well as microfracture surgery on Jan. 5 in Birmingham, Ala. He also will have surgery to repair his ACL at a later date.
