Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe missed practice Wednesday and was listed on the injury report as having an illness.

Bowe was seen limping in the tunnel during the Chiefs 31-10 loss to the Raiders on Sunday, according to Nick Wright of 610 Sports.

Bowe has been far and away the Chiefs' top wide receiver this season, recording 72 catches for 1,162 yards and 15 touchdowns.

The way we see it

Not much is known concerning Bowe's illness, but it is worth keeping an eye on. QB Matt Cassel was listed as having an illness earlier this season and later underwent an appendectomy.

If Bowe is unable to go, WR Chris Chambers would need to step up for the Chiefs to have success in the passing game.
