Seahawks defensive line coach Dan Quinn will leave the team and become the defensive coordinator at the University of Florida, joining Chiefs offensive coordinator Charlie Weis in Gainesville next season.

Quinn will remain on the Seahawks' staff through the playoffs before heading to Gainesville, where he will be a member of new head coach Will Muschamp's staff.

The Chiefs and the University of Florida confirmed the reports that Weis will leave K.C. to be Muschamp's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. Weis will remain with the Chiefs through the postseason.
