The Packers’ offensive, defensive and special-teams players of the week in their 10-3 victory over the Bears in Week 17:
Offense: WR Greg Jennings
Jennings caught only four of the 10 passes thrown his way by QB Aaron Rodgers and dropped what would have been an easy TD catch. But he was the team’s leading receiver with 97 yards, including a 46-yard bomb down the right sideline early in the fourth quarter that set up the game’s only touchdown.
Defense: ROLB Erik Walden
Playing the game of his life as the starting OLB opposite Clay Matthews in place of the injured Frank Zombo, Walden tied fellow LB A.J. Hawk with a team-leading 11 tackles and registered two sacks for 19 yards in losses.
Special teams: P Tim Masthay
Masthay was masterful on a frigid afternoon, making sure the Bears’ Devin Hester would not be a factor. He had eight punts for an average of 43.5 yards (36.6 net), with four punts inside the 20 and a long of 56. Hester had two punt returns for 35 yards, with a long of 19 yards.
